  1. Ms. Barnhardt is admirable, and her knowledge of Islam and Islamic practices is remarkable. There are of course less religious moslems, certainly in western countries, who have moved forward, possibly the majority, but by continuing to incalcute the poison of 'pure' islam into their children, they guarantee that some percentage of those children will become Islamic extremists, usually in their late teens and twenties when they see the world as more black and white than mature adults. Similar thing happens to some Christian, Jewish, Hindu etc young adults, that extreme fervor for religion. The difference is in what the religion in question asks of its believers, A young adult Christian extremist/fanatic ( call it what you will ), might well give away his belongings to the needy, might even give away some of his parents belongings, he/she might go to serve the poor or suffering, he/she might do many things, but to kill non believers for God is not one of them, whereas that is the easiest way for a young muslim adult to show his fanatic belief. You may be sure that among any thousand muslim young adults in America, there are a few, at the least, who having imbibed the pure islam that they all will be taught, consider their parents bad moslems, to be shown by the young adult what a true pure muslim is about. Each generation will produce its share of young fanatics, and every young fanatic is a physical danger to all non muslims, and to muslims converting to Christainity, and indeed to the occasional liberal or even secular muslim ( they do exist ) who is brave enough to speak out. Would we be surprised if we taught Naziism to children from birth, that some percentage of them would take it seriously ( even if their parents didn't ) and act upon it.
Finally, sorry to hear Ms. Barnhardt's ending homosexual conclusions. Her approach certainly makes it difficult for liberals, who consider homosexuality as an acceptable choice, to join her in common cause against the moslem threat to our civilization.
I would suggest to Ms. Barnhardt that her conclusion with regard to the 'cause' of homosexuality is only partially correct, only one of the reasons for homosexuality, and thus to use it almost as the linch pin for the wrap up of her excellent talk suggests a shallowness and carelessness which detracts hugely from her overall thesis.
To hear Ms. B. citing Islamic texts and practices, and then stating her honest opinion of them, was fabulous; she is so right. Thus it hugely disappointing to hear her summation.
Nontheless, please keep up the good work Ms. B.

  2. Summerize to "Consenting Adults". However, since this does not forbid homosexual engagement, no doubt she considers it a sin.

    1. It is-specifically condemned in Holy Scripture and Miss Barnhardt is a devout Catholic.

  3. db: What are the other "reasons," which absence is so detracting? Would like to have the reference to them. And how would your reasons make liberal more likely to think their position?
